By accessing this website or using the Rubic Solution platform you agree to these terms. Where you have signed a master services agreement with us, that agreement prevails over anything stated here.

Use of the platform

• You may use the platform only for lawful calling and messaging programmes for which you hold valid consent
• You are responsible for the accuracy of contact data you upload and for honouring DND registrations and calling-window restrictions
• You may not use the platform for deceptive, coercive, or harassing communication of any kind
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or benchmark the platform without written permission

Service levels and availability

Availability commitments, support response times, and remedies are defined in your commercial agreement. Where none exists, the platform and this website are provided on an as-available basis.

Intellectual property

The platform, its models, documentation, and all Rubic Solution marks remain our property. You retain ownership of your customer data and of the content you supply for conversation design.

Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least the care it applies to its own, and will use it only to perform the agreement between us.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amounts stated in your commercial agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
